Farm to Market Fresh

We've had a good end to the weekend. Though we mostly spent the day grading, there was also awesome homemade pizza involved:

My favorite pizza maker made this dough in our Kitchenaid mixer and used farmer's market heirloom tomatoes, farmer's market fennel, and mozzarella, purple onion, and garlic.

Thank you pizza maker man! While he was busy with the pizza, I put together this all green salad:

Grocery store greens were topped with farmer's market heirloom tomatoes and farmer's market cucumber in this fresh and tasty side. We love hitting up the market on Saturday, because it always makes for a very delicious Sunday.

Other than eating and grading, this is pretty much what we did all day:
